一、為維持「高大法學論叢」之學術品質，全部來稿應依本規則審查。
二、審查由總編輯及編輯委員商請編輯委員會與投稿同領域委員，請其提供適合審稿之專家學者行之，採雙向匿名審查。
三、審查人應就送審稿件為建議刊登、不建議刊登、參考學術審查人之建議，修改後建議刊登、修改後由本人或他人覆審等之建議。編輯委員會應就審查人所提建議為同意刊登或不同意刊登之決定，詳情參閱《高大法學論叢論文審查流程圖》及《高大法學論叢審查流程說明》。
四、稿件數量如超過篇幅容量，編輯委員會議得依領域平衡及論文時效性等原則，決定刊登之稿件。經本刊決定採用之稿件，基於編輯需求，本刊得對文字及格式為必要之修正。
五、來稿作者如有要求開具刊登證明，總編輯應俟審查程序完畢後，始得依實際進度開具刊登證明或同意刊登證明。
六、本規則經高大法學論叢編輯委員會通過後實施，修正時亦同。
National University of Kaohsiung Law Journal Regulations for Examining and Approving Manuscripts
Last amended by the editorial board of National University of Kaohsiung Law Journal according to the decision content on 30 June 2020
Article 1
In order to maintain the quality of National University of Kaohsiung Law Journal (hereinafter,NUK Law Journal ), all manuscripts submitted should be reviewed in accordance with these regulations.
Article 2
The review should be conducted by the editor in ch ief and the editorial board members in consultation with the member in the same field as the submission of the manuscript to provide suitable specialists and scholars with appropriate expertise for reviewing the manuscript.Anonymous bi-directionally review is adopted.
Article 3
Reviews should categorize a manuscript as “suitable for publication”, “not suitable for publication” and “ suitable for publication only after revision” or “re-reviewed by the same or other reviewer after revision”. The editorial board should decide whether to approve or disapprove the publication of the manuscript in terms of reviewers’ comments. Article 4
If manuscripts accepted for publication exceed the page limit of an issue,the editor-in chief shall, upon his/her discretion, make selections based on balance of fields and/or urgency.
Article 5
Proof of publication or acceptance for publication, if requested, can be issued by the editor-in-chief accordingly, but only upon the satisfactory completion of the review process.
Article 6
The regulations herein and any amendment thereto take effect upon the ratification by the editorial board of NUK Law Journal
